This updates the foreword to use the historically standard spelling AltaVista (one word) instead of "Alta Vista".
(Context: I wanted to read more about that engine and didn't see it referred to as "Alta Vista"
I plan on reading the whole book, please let me know if such contributions make sense or not or if they should be groped and then open pr or gradually growing draft pr is preferred.
