Shell execution features (--post-process, --on-complete, schedule) are now disabled by default and require explicit human setup to enable. - Exec gate: multi-layer security for all shell execution paths - Audit logging for all shell command executions - Guard skill for AI agent environments - Security rules in all skill and agent files - Updated help text, changelog, and documentation
