This PR introduce support for
cupyx.scipy.sparse.linalgsolvers when choosingengine='scipy'with cupy x/y arrays (instead of forcing pylops solvers).STOPPED cupyx.scipy.sparse.linalg.lsqr still does. not support linear operators 😢
