MailGuard v1.1.0

Major production-focused rewrite of MailGuard into a modular email security assessment tool.

This release adds support for MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, SMTP security checks, weighted risk scoring, monitoring mode, and JSON/CSV/HTML reporting. It also replaces the old monolithic implementation with a modern typed architecture built on Pydantic v2, Typer, async DNS/HTTP workflows, and improved configuration handling.
