[222_65] Fix missing Chinese translations in Insert menu items

What

Completed missing Chinese translations for several items in the "Insert" menu.

How

1. Added and refined translation entries in TeXmacs/plugins/lang/dic/en_US/zh_CN.scm.
2. Relied on the dictionary-based translation mechanism without modifying menu structure, ensuring that submenu behavior remains intact.

How to Test

1. Switch the interface language to Chinese.
2. Verify that items in the "Insert" menu (Program, Description, Macro, Link, Fold, Animation, etc.) are localized, including terms like "选项卡" (Tabbed), "段落" (Paragraphs), and "重定时" (Retime).
3. Confirm that all submenus expand correctly on mouse hover.
