Style updates for assorted tickets

Why these changes are being introduced

Stakeholders have identified style fixes that needed to be made to NDE. This work addresses fixes in multiple tickets.

How this addresses that need

• Adds contrast to active nav item on My Library Activity
• Adds blue link and button styling to results list
• Adds filter styling to results list
• Adds red underlines for available navigation item links
• Fixes bug that was hiding down arrow in dropdown on New Search page

@djanelle-mit what do you think about adding more padding inside the print holdings link / button so that it matches the padding of the Available Online button?

@adamshire123 That one probably needs to get link treatment instead of button treatment. I'll have to find a way to target that one specifically. Let me know if there are any other visual quirks in results, I'll try a bunch of a differnet searches to see if there's any cases I missed, too.
