@TongZhai, could you explain the changes that you made to HSP2tools/readWDM.py? We've been working on improving the reading of TimeSeries data from a WDM, and have it working much faster and on a wider variety of files than the original. See:

SEDTRN.py -- fix subscript SNOW.py -- small adjustments to pack
- need to remember to re-run the HSP2_Driver to update hdf5 outputs
- SOTMP is now matching HBN output
