Add procedure to build sources directly from libresign github.

It appears that the current documentation outlines the handmade build and setup process for LibreSign, aimed primarily at administrators who wish to use LibreSign from the source, rather than for developers and this page is to a developers.

This content may not belong here, and it would be beneficial to reconsider its placement within the administration documentation. Additionally, we now have a "nightly build" (unstable) that is generated to capture the latest stable version whenever we merge a pull request into the stable branch. By example, you can look the unstable releases here: https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/libresign/releases?platform=33#33

This workflow makes sense, but we should also emphasize that there are alternative methods to test LibreSign, such as using the nightly builds.
