  Minor UI and QOL cleanup and update. 1) Make sure that knossos can warn a user when a previously seen mod library is no longer findable 2) Add a map for the filter display text instead of using the built-in library to try to clean it up. 3) Add a button to find/install fs2 from the Play and Explore screens so that new users know why all the freespace mods are missing. 4) Remove/Hide the qtFred button based on whether a build has qtFred. 5) Clean up the Mod Developer screen a little (maybe make the mod list expandable?) 6) Organize debug tab buttons a little better
