The PR fixes the cursor changing to grab mode in file explorer on even simple click.
Fixes : #1866

  • Bug Fixes
    • Refined sidebar drag behavior: apply grab state after a short per-item delay and ensure it clears correctly on release or pointer leave for smoother dragging.
  • Style
    • Minor UI formatting adjustments with no functional changes.
