Removes [qs](https://github.com/ljharb/qs). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [qs](https://github.com/ljharb/qs), [start-server-and-test](https://github.com/bahmutov/start-server-and-test) and [web-ext](https://github.com/mozilla/web-ext). These dependencies need to be updated together.
