Welcome to Sahayata-Connect! This application helps NGOs manage events and volunteers with a user-friendly interface. Follow the steps below to download and run the software.
Before you start, ensure your computer meets the following requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later, macOS Catalina or later, or a recent Linux distribution.
- RAM: Minimum 4 GB.
- Storage: At least 500 MB of free space.
- Internet Connection: Required for downloading and updates.

Visit the Releases Page: Go to the Releases page to find the latest version of Sahayata-Connect.

Choose the Right File:
- Look for the latest version, usually marked as
v1.0or higher. - Select the appropriate file for your operating system:

Download the File: Click on the file name to start the download.

Launch the Application: After installation, find Sahayata-Connect in your applications list. Click to open it.
Sahayata-Connect offers many features designed to ease event and volunteer management for NGOs:
- User Portal: Register and manage your profile for easy access to events.
- Admin Dashboard: Admins can create and manage events, track volunteer participation, and send notifications.
- Event Management: Create, edit, and delete events based on your needs.
- Volunteer Management: Track volunteer hours and participation.
- User Authentication: Secure login using JSON Web Token (JWT) for user privacy.

Register as a User:
- Open the application and sign up with your email and password.
- Confirm your email to activate your account.

- Click on the βEventsβ tab to see upcoming events.
- Use the βVolunteerβ section to sign up for events.

Admin Functionality: If you are an admin, you can manage all aspects of events and volunteers using the Admin Dashboard.
Q: Can I use Sahayata-Connect on my phone?
A: Currently, Sahayata-Connect is a desktop application. We plan to introduce a mobile version in the future.
