- Add blst-backed single and fast-aggregate BLS verification plus helper signing.
- Compute domain-separated signing roots for bids, envelopes, and PTC attestations and wire them into state transitions.
- Extend tests with real signatures and pubkeys; update mocks/integration to carry builder/PTC keys.
