Updates mkdocs site_url/repo_url, README clone+related-project links,
and docs/{index,ontology}.md GitHub URLs to point at the renamed org.

The mtg-kc demonstration app lives on the maintainer's personal account, not under DynamicalSystemsGroup — corrects the over-eager rebrand of the previous commit.
