This PR is part of a chain split from #0 v7 by chain-pr.

Changes

Replace rumSessionManager with shared SessionManager. Rework preStartRum/startRum/rumPublicApi to await the session manager. Add SessionType and computeSessionReplayState. Replace startDurationVital/stopDurationVital reference-based API with vitalKey, route requests through bufferedDataObservable, use trackeventDocument trace id, simplify resource collection (matchRequestResourceEntry removed, retrieveInitialDocumentResourceTiming inlined), drop FID tracking, drop several deprecated config options, default privacy to MASK_USER_INPUT and enablePrivacyForActionName to true, remove betaTrackActionsInShadowDom, remove trackBfcacheViews, add SESSION_RENEWAL view loading type with renew_event, drop isSampled child fallback, etc.

Draft — pending author review. Merge in order unless marked parallel.
