[chain-pr 7/12] Migrate core domain modules to new session manager and bufferedData

Changes

Update bufferedData to collect fetch/xhr/console alongside runtime errors, gate selectSessionStoreStrategyType in worker environments, remove internalAnalyticsSubdomain/usePciIntake/INTAKE_SITE_FED_STAGING/PCI_INTAKE_HOST_US1/allowFallbackToLocalStorage/betaEncodeCookieOptions options, drop console subscription, add SESSION_RENEWAL_DEBUG_CONTEXT experimental feature, expose new exports from core/index.
