This PR updates the keypair workflow for signing, switching to a tweaked variant derived from the Simplicity Program’s CMR (Commitment Merkle Root). Also, it adds a new endpoint to retrieve a tweaked key from a Simplicity program and updates tests and demos to reflect the new mechanism.
