Add Farsi Support (Fix BIDI Right-to-left Problem)

This PR is very similar to what had already been been proposed.

This commit is not merged in the repo. But you can still access my code at here:

• https://github.com/pourmand1376/TextRecognitionDataGenerator/tree/farsi-support

just use

git clone git@github.com:pourmand1376/TextRecognitionDataGenerator.git
git switch farsi-support

and you would be able to use farsi easily without any changes.
