1. general report notebook (started from the general notebook in the repo):

• removed NER-specific code
• adapted naming of input data for plots to remove duplicated dataframes
• added conditional html output for markdown which is not country-specific but dependent on the existence of disaggregation data (under 5 children and pregnant women)

2. NER-specific notebook (started from NER notebook in the NER OpenHexa workspace):

• removed the NER-related conditions
• created clearer conditions for the other criteria
• data changed recently: columns in the code were hardcoded in a syntax that only allows hardcoding (no string-input syntax), but column names in the data changed, so input code gave errors; modified the syntax to allow passing them as strings and input them as variables; did the minimum to not have errors, but there would be more changes to be made ideally
• adapted naming of input data for plots
• added conditional html output
