Updates the Spring Boot / Spring Cloud version mapping used by the Spring compatibility test pipelines.
Changes:
- Added Spring Boot 4.1.0-M1 (pre-release) and updated the 4.0.x snapshot line to 4.0.3-SNAPSHOT.
- Added Spring Boot 4.0.2 and 3.5.10 as
SUPPORTED(with their Spring Cloud versions), and introduced 3.5.11-SNAPSHOT. - Marked older snapshot/GAs (e.g., 4.0.2-SNAPSHOT, 4.0.1, 3.5.10-SNAPSHOT) as
END_OF_LIFEto keep the matrix current.
