Summary

Removes "Filipino" and adds "Tagalog" in the "Good accuracy (>10% to ≤25% WER)" language list. The change is applied in both places where this list appears:

• fern/pages/01-getting-started/supported-languages.mdx
• fern/pages/01-getting-started/models.mdx

Tagalog is inserted in alphabetical order (between Swedish and Thai).
