Add Universal-Streaming-Multilingual card to models page

Summary

Adds a new "Universal-Streaming-Multilingual" card to the Models page, alongside a corresponding "Choosing the right model" subsection and pricing table entry.

Changes in fern/pages/getting-started/models.mdx:

• New card in the <CardGroup> highlighting multilingual real-time transcription, per-utterance language detection, 6-language support, and ~300ms transcripts
• New ### Universal-Streaming-Multilingual subsection describing the model's capabilities
• New row in the pricing table at $0.15/hr (matching Universal-Streaming)

Updates since last revision

• Updated the card href and "Try" link from /docs/speech-to-text/universal-streaming/multilingual → /docs/universal-streaming/multilingual-transcription per reviewer request
• Renamed card title, section heading, and pricing row from "Universal-Streaming-Multilang" → "Universal-Streaming-Multilingual" per reviewer request
