Higher vanilla odds, removed completely randomized, reduced odds of follow evolutions. Shuffle's odds are slightly reduced due to increasing vanilla odds, and otherwise unchanged as it is the least intrusive type randomization option, since all Pokémon of type X will now be type Y etc etc.
