For revision AB devices the SBRMI and SBTSI device names were previously hardcoded based on PID as a temporary workaround. This change reverts that hardcoding to allow the device tree overlay patch to be applied correctly.
This reverts commit 2914126.

- Add dts entries for Venice, this is required to support 2X1P configuration using dts overlay
- From Venice 2P can be configured as 2x1P, with each socket is independent of each other. In 2x1P, the static address of APML devices both the processors are identical, SBRMI:0x3c and for SBTSI:0x38. - Create DTS overlay to assign the dynamic address for 2x1P, node 1 as of P1, to identify the sockets at user level

Add support for the dts overlay in linux-aspeed for Venice A0.

Testing is not done on AB platform as do not have access to platform.
Testing report and patch is shared before for A0 platforms.
