Description
The ender dragon drops an egg only the first time that it's killed, meaning that the ender dragon data model is inaccessible in multiplayer for everyone but the first person to visit the end. Dragon heads spawn in most End Cities, making them a much better material to use for creating the dragon model, as they only become inaccessible once the world has been explored to the world border in all directions.
