Publishing the latest version to npm

Hi, thanks for this great package. I see that the repo has some activity, but the last update on npm is from 2017. Would it be possible for you to find some time to publish the latest master there?

Specifically I'm after https://github.com/willfarrell/apidoc-plugin-schema/pull/13, which was merged in 2018, but didn't make it to the latest release.
