Feature request: Basic formatting in comments #10

Good day, I recently have a proposal open with TPF, which use RapidApp and Rapid-Blog, one thing myself and other commentators noticed was the 'word-soup' created while using comments, please read here: [https://news.perlfoundation.org/post/grant_proposal_general_perl_openapi_validator#comment-2228](TPF Grant)
What I would like is that when a double enter is sent, \n\n it is replaced on the web page for
<br /><br />
Simply to allow simple paragraphs, Alternatively wrapping <p></p> or <span class="paragraph"></span> based on \n\n would also be fantastic, this is simply to split up long posts as it gets quite confusing as it is!
