Having tox installed as a project's test dependency makes sense (the repo strongly defines & contains what it needs for it to work)
The venv having pytest installed is important, as it is the main development environment - and hence I should be able to run pytest (also in debugging mode) as part of development

I am not sure if I am doing this right, so bear with me:
My repo has
toxas a testing dependency (https://github.com/pylint-dev/pylint-pytest/blob/1bf53a3448e636f4df84e397d6190d354b45ef6f/requirements/dev.in#L18; soon™️-to-be converted touv), and part of the tox commands is to install the repo as editable, and run pytest (which is also a testing dependency).I am wondering if I am doing something wrong?
