Describe the bug
TCs Counter on projects dashboard displays incorrect amount when shared TCs are inside the project

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Project A, bulk select test folders, then share them to project B
   2.Wait for some time for TCs to be shared to project B
2. Go to the Dasboard, observe amount of TCs inside Project B - it is 0
3. Open project B - TCs amount inside has number - 598

Expected behavior
A clear and correct number should be displayed on projects Dashboard preview
