BTC to USDT (TRC20) swap failed – funds not received

Current behavior

I used Trust Wallet to swap BTC to USDT (TRC20) via SwapKit.
The swap failed and I never received the USDT.

Please help check where the funds are or advise on a refund.

Expected behavior

I expected the swap to either complete successfully and receive USDT (TRC20),
or have the BTC refunded if the swap failed.
