There is clearly to different use of a NUM:
- as a cardinal: my 7 lives
- as a proper name: page 7, line 7, _March 7
Currently, there are both labelled mod in SUD (some are appos): http://universal.grew.fr/?custom=63ced71fe70c6
I suggest to add a feature ExtPos=PROPN for those which are not pure cardinals.
The choice between mod and appos is unclear. In Rhapsodie, we use mod:appos for this kind of apposition, which we contrast with conj:appos. I think that mod would be ok, la page 7 cannot be replaced by 7. But l'année 2023 can be replaced by 2023: do we really want a different relation in this case?
The picture in UD is unclear, with appos, nummod, dep, and nmod in English:
EWT: http://universal.grew.fr/?custom=63ced7dfa8c9b
GUM: http://universal.grew.fr/?custom=63ced89dba1e9
According to the guidelines, it should be nmod (which is coherent with ExtPos=PROPN): https://universaldependencies.org/u/dep/nummod.html
