Size of Italic fonts and size of covers in EPUB

SumatraPDF version
I was using the last official release dated 2 years ago (3.5.2) for reading EPUB files, but the text in Italics was shown in a very small size, unreadable. So I tried the latest prerelease in February 2026 instead, and in this version the font size isue has been fixed, but instead I find that the cover size is tiny, whilst it was shown correctly in the official release.
