Blockchain.txInBlock doesn't compile and gives no error message

Blockchain.txInBlock doesn't compile and gives no error message, in two different contracts

Ok this https://github.com/sCrypt-Inc/boilerplate/blob/master/src/contracts/blockPRNG.ts compiles so it's due to the intricacies of (both) my two contracts, I assumed incorrectly it was a Blockchain.txInBlock general problem.
Have to dig it more, if I made some wrong param call.
In case we could solve it now or maybe at audit time, when the contracts are fully complete, I can use fake logic meanwhile, will report.
