Limit the endpoint server

Can we expose some options for vert.x/netty that limit the number of requests sent to the endpoint, before rejecting them?

There is nothing built-in in vert.x/netty to do that unfortunately. All we can do is limit the executor as described in #580, or build some limiter ourselves.
