Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, users navigating through the site do not have a quick way to return to the Home Page or scroll back to the top of the page. This can affect usability, especially for long pages such as the Plays listing or Leaderboard.
Describe the solution you'd like.
Home Page Button:
Add a visible button in the navigation bar or footer that redirects users to the home page (/ route).
Ensure consistent styling with existing UI components.
Back to Top Button:
Implement a floating button that appears when the user scrolls down.
On click, it should smoothly scroll the page back to the top.
Consider accessibility (keyboard navigation, ARIA labels).
Describe alternatives you've considered.
Navigation via Browser Controls: Users can press the browser’s back button or manually type the home page URL, but this is less intuitive and slows down navigation.
Scrolling Manually: Without a “Back to Top” button, users must scroll through long pages manually, which is inefficient and frustrating on mobile devices.
Keyboard Shortcuts: Some browsers support shortcuts (e.g., Home key), but these are not obvious to all users and don’t provide a consistent experience across devices.
These alternatives exist but do not provide the same level of usability, accessibility, and convenience as dedicated Home Page and Back to Top buttons.
