RazorConsole is a full framework now

I think that RazorConsole in its current state is rather framework then lib and in docs it should be called framework because it implements a lot of things by itself:

1. Render component system with translators and DiffRenderable.
2. Keyboard Event tracker.
3. Focus system.
4. Z-Index and absolute position system.
5. FlexBox layout.
6. Components lib with many custom ones that are not in the default SpectreConsole.
   And many utils like RuntimeEncoding, TerminalMonitor.
