Update SSH_KEY secret to re-enable publishing of nightlies and releases

This Repo needs the new SSH_KEY secret. I tried to restart nightly runs (they had been paused due to inactivity) and found the secret isn't updated. @kelson42 can you enable this at org level secrets, please, then I can rename in the workflow.
