Request to update outdated offline deployment workflow in OpenSCD GitHub Wiki

Observation
I would like to bring to your attention that the current instructions in the OpenSCD GitHub Wiki for deploying an offline instance are outdated. The existing workflow still refers to using browser plugins to simulate a local web server, which is no longer the most effective or recommended method.

Please consider updating the offline deployment section to reflect the use of Simple Web Server, which provides a more robust and user-friendly solution for hosting OpenSCD locally without internet access.
