Request mandatory information from users already registered

Currently, all mandatory information is just requested from users who newly register (see #370).

This information shall also be requested from already registered users.

Please implement a dialogue being triggered when a user logs in who did not provide all mandatory information, yet. The user must fill all mandatory fields to continue with testing.

Added dialog box to fill mandatory information and which will trigger when the user logs in to the application.
