config.ini missing and install scripts a complete mess as of September 2025

Both config.ini and a template(emonsd.conf) that should be used is missing from repository - all branches
Here is message from install script:
config.ini does not exist, please create from default e.g emonsd.conf
Also most of the manual pages are deleted. There should be instruction for manual installation and all configurations needed

Hello @milen100 I've just completed a build now without any issues with missing config or deleted documentation? seems all there for me.
