Tag "stable" missing since 32.0.6 was made "stable"

Yesterday, #2521 was closed by setting 32.0.6 as stable, but now there is no "stable" tag at all at dockerhub. I don't know how the tagging process is working exactly in your actions, but I don't think the tag referenced in the Readme should be missing at any time.

Confirmed. Looks like maybe the script wasn't triggered when the tag was bumped. Resulted in stable/production getting dropped on publish.

Cc: @J0WI - It looks like when stable was bumped to 32.0.6 in 3787374, generate-stackbrew-library.sh maybe wasn't triggered? (header commit has older commit value in https://github.com/docker-library/official-images/pull/20856/changes - kind of looks like a manual edit the last two times in docker-library/official-images#20856 and docker-library/official-images#20669 versus docker-library/official-images#20656, no?).
