Win10: takes about 1 minute to return with data on a system with lots of processes

Is there any faster option to get at least some of the data?

Looks like it's not using streaming. Just builds a huge string then synchronously parses it.

My guess is this would just need a total rewrite to be more stream-y for the Windows case.
