TaskFlow PRD Example

This is an example of the PRD that gets generated when you run:

When you run the setup script and use Claude Code commands, you'll generate a comprehensive PRD that includes:

Executive Summary

  • Vision Statement: TaskFlow transforms how remote teams manage tasks through AI-enhanced prioritization and seamless collaboration
  • Problem Statement: Remote teams struggle with manual task prioritization, lack of context awareness, and fragmented collaboration across tools
  • Solution Overview: AI-powered task management that learns team patterns and integrates with existing workflows
  • Success Criteria: 1000 users in 3 months, 10% conversion to paid, 95% user satisfaction
