When deleting a loopback endpoint, this will cause recalculation of port numbers (just like when unplugging a USB device), so should have a confirmation prompt that explains that and let customers know they may need to close apps using MIDI devices (MIDI-OX, for example, does not handle this gracefully).
Will likely need a "don't show again" checkbox as well, and then a place in settings to save that value.
