Timing calculations are wrong

In the plugin window, the predicted acquisition timings are calculated incorrectly. Sometimes, acquisition times are even negative.

As of today's version, the calculations seem to be more correct, but there seem to be certain deadlock conditions from which the plugin cannot recover without restarting MicroManager. Even after MicroManager has been restarted, this error message appears:

The error message can only be gotten rid of by clicking Minimize slice period.

As noted in another issue, that error shouldn't pop up anymore.

The durations panel now take stage scanning into consideration when computing values.

Switching the acquisition mode updates the timing settings now.

I haven't had much time to test if the settings are correct yet, but the code is ported.

The timing settings seem to work correctly for advanced timing, however, when using just the regular slice settings, the timings are not correctly calculated.

Furthermore, an error message is not always displayed (e.g. in stage scan mode) when the timing settings are impossible to meet (e.g. longer volume duration than interval). It would probably be nice to not necessarily display an error pop up, but instead show ⚠️ mark or something in the timing settings, and disable the start button.
