Disable emoji autoreplace

if i write something like "1:30" it turns the ":3" into a cat emoji. I could see that some people might want this feature, but i think in the majority of cases it's probably just kinda annoying.

could we add a setting to toggle this auto-emoji feature, maybe off by default?

I didn't even know this was a feature. If the editor library I use allows to disable it, I will, I don't feel like it's very useful.
