Question about casing in navigation section

Curious if @iRaindrop has opinions on how casing should be in the navigation.

My preference is to format them like titles Word Word Word.

I'm seeing Word word in various places

It's not a hard and fast rule, but generally words are not initial capped unless they're proper nouns or products, following the first word of course. For example:

Install the Security Components - is ok
Install the Security components - one wonders if "Security" is a product or something special or general
Install the security components - Is clearer, in my opinion

I guess there's no easy rule that someone could go and apply.
