/hardware-new page on the dashboard is returning no data for the past 5 days

As the title suggests, /hardware-new has no data for the last 5 days across all origins.
This happens because the aggregation process responsible for populating this data is crashing. Since this process runs in the background inside the ingester container in kernelci/kcidb-ng, it does not restart automatically after the failure, leaving the aggregations stale.

The aggregation process is now working correctly again, and the pending data accumulated in the pending_* tables was processed through process_pending. As a result, all missing data is now available and both v1 and v2 are back in sync.
