summary tables in Appendix : removed 3 last columns for clarity 

I am aware theses columns were mentioned in the Word version of Obscore 1.1 . 
But today I am not sure this information is really needed when setting up an ObsTAP service .
Is it still useful? 
Can we check this with Dachs and Open CADC implementations for instance ?
