Request: v0.9.0 release

Wondering if a v0.9.0 release can be cut when convenient?

It's only 'feature' would be the addition of the -V/--version flag/command, but then again it'd help me in my quest to include this plugin under the plugins: sub-section when installing Spin in a GitHub workflow via fermyon/actions/spin/setup.

The other changes are CI chores/fixes.
